For your group we are able to accommodate 9 Body Harmony Sessions - 3 people each during the session scheduling: 11:30 - 2:00 & 4:30
Sounds and sights of nature fill the room as you lounge. A wide-screen TV featuring beautiful scenes and sounds of nature sets a calming atmosphere.

Let us know what you would like served for lunch and we will cater your favorite from Vanilla Gorilla Catering. Check out their menu at: www.VanillaGorillaCatering.com You name it and they will "Home Cook" it just for you!

We have NetFlex with hundreds and hundreds of your movie favorites and/or all of the sports channels on our Big Screen TV. Want to play games? Poker - Monopoly - cards - dominos - Scrabble - Pictionary anyone? While the fire place is burning on cool winter or rainy days, or outside on the deck when the weather is warm and sunny, games are always a fun way to share with friends. Movies or games, a glass of wine or a beer and you have some relaxing to do. We also have outdoor fun such as Volleyball - Croquet & Horseshoes.

During regular Body Harmony session hours our Body Harmony clients (INDIVIDUALS & COUPLES) are served a light and healthy snack after their session. Fresh made ginger tea, cucumber sliced water, fresh fruit delight, and glass of your favorite Girls Gone Wine wine, and/or..... a piece of "O-o-o-e-y G-o-o-e-y" Home-made, 3 layer, dark chocolate brownie. The choice is yours. This is all about what YOU want!
