Tucked away on a quiet, serene property surrounded by trees and nature, Body Harmony Day Spa offers something beautifully different.
We are not a busy, multi-function spa. Body Harmony is a private, peaceful sanctuary outside the city limits, with 50 acres of forest in our backyard – a place intentionally created for you to step away from the noise, slow down, and simply rest.
For almost 25 years and with more than 30,000 clients, we have remained true to one simple philosophy: “Everything we do… revolves around you!”
Every session you see on our website is a Package, but your experience is not one-size-fits-all. You personalize it.
We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your reservation to complete an Intake Form. This gives you the opportunity to tell us what your body needs, what you enjoy, and what you would like included in your session. Your Practitioner then uses that information to customize your experience (at no additional charge).
Our sessions combine Customized Therapeutic Massage with deeply relaxing holistic applications and a unique sound experience. Music from our specially designed sound system is transmitted through the massage bed’s tuning system, while surround sound gently fills your private room.
And then… **no talking.**

We are also very particular about the Practitioners who join Body Harmony. Our Practitioners are not beginners. They are seasoned, licensed professionals with thousands of hours of hands-on experience. Your Intake Form helps them understand your individual needs and guides them in creating a session designed to bring comfort, relief, relaxation, and restoration.
And when your session is over, you don’t simply become another name on an appointment book.
We maintain and update your personal profile with each visit, helping us remember your preferences and what makes your Body Harmony experience uniquely yours.
