While laying comfortably on the Body Harmony Sound Table, unrefined, Dead Sea Mud Mask from Israel is gently brushed on to the face, which is then shrouded in hot towels while the mud does its’ nurturing work on your skin.

We add pure Dead Sea Salts for an exfoliating body salt scrub, and then wrap you with hot, moist towels. A high content of rich trace minerals contained within the salts are released and absorbed into your body’s system. Your skin feels refreshed and velvety soft. Due to a release of endorphins, your body will feel calm and nurtured with an intoxicating sense of euphoria.

What Do You Need to Do in Preparation for Your Session?

1. When you come in for a Body Harmony Session, it is YOUR special time. You may want to leave behind the thoughts of bills, your job, worries and fears, etc., and focus on your “Happy Place”. Where your mind goes seriously influences how your body will respond in a session. Your Body Harmony Practitioner will be contributing to where you are in your “Happy Place” with relaxing and nurturing touch.

2. You will be covered by a sheet. Men will wear loose shorts, and women may wear their lower undergarment.

3. You will start by lying on the Body Harmony Table face up, eyes closed. Closing your eyes in the session brings your energy center out of your mind and into your body. It also allows your senses, (touch, smell, hearing) and emotions to communicate with your body, inside and out.

4. Your first session will be a discovery time in adjusting to the Body Harmony experience. There are only two rules we have for you: One is that you give yourself permission to completely relax. We do the very same technique each time you come to your session, so after the first session you will feel more comfortable and trusting of your environment. Try not to hand your Body Harmony Practitioner anything. Not your head and not your arm or your fingers. Let her lift everything, you just relax your body and enjoy! Breathe deeply and regularly, allow your body and its parts to sink into the soft table. Just lay there and listen to the music coming into your body.

5. Second rule: We don’t talk. After your session is over there will be a time for feedback. What you liked most about your session we will discuss, and we will create your own personal Body Harmony Session profile. Your session is unique to you. You may want more time spent on your feet and hands, or the salt scrub on your back, or your hot Shea Butter head and scalp massage might be what you want more of at your next session. This is STRESS RELIEF time for you, so just “Let Go!”

6. If emotions surface, do not be afraid to give them expression. Your soul is the seat of your emotions. Sometimes during a session these emotions will be released. This is good for your well being. This is normal - don't be embarrassed. We may just cry with you.

The Body Harmony experience is a relaxing and edifying time just for you, and contributes to your healthy life-style changes and habits.
