Body Harmony Day Spa’s Cancellation Policy
Prepayments Are Not Refundable
Although We understand things come up we respect your time and ask that you do the same for us. Body Harmony Spa requires a 72 hour notice for cancellations. This allows us to book someone else eager to enjoy the Body Harmony experience.
If you do not give 72 hrs. notice that you will not be able to make your reservation appointment with Body Harmony Spa, we apologize but hope you understand that your credit card will be charged full session fee.
If you miss your reserved appointment without notification (no call – no show), your credit card will be charged the full session amount.
A $200.00 (session fee for one person) is required on groups from 4 to 6 and (2) session fee deposits for groups 7 to 10. Groups from 15 to 20 guests require special arrangements.
This notice is published on your CONFORMATION sent to you when your reservation was created as well any REMINDERS of your session time thereafter. Body Harmony Spa’s Cancellation Policy is also on every page within the Body Harmony website:
